Finding Peace

I am trying to find peace within, while living in a world filled with noise, and static. Trying to tune into my heart song, removing the static that causes me to strain to hear.

I think so, it comes from your own centeredness to start with, the ability to carry with you calm and an approach that even when things are noisily whirring around trying to knock you off course you can face them and slow them down enough to deal with them one at a time.
